Located beneath London's own Dabiz Muñoz’s Street XO, Circus XO is a buzzy and ostentatious bar in the heart of the city. The Michelin-starred chef and the bar team at Street XO have been committed to creating a stand-alone bar to showcase the gastronomic approach cocktail making and enjoyment. A new cocktail list by the bar includes The mythic Tom Kha Kai, containing a mix of delicious flavors such as coconut, chili, lime and the most unique, flying fish eggs.
The atmosphere of the bar is alive, the design is innovative and differs from the usual. The fancy design is reminiscent of Muñoz’s previous restaurant designs but there is something that stands out in Circus XO. Muñoz’s and his team have curated one-of-a-kind 'liquid cuisine' cocktails, taking a foodie approach tot he art of cocktail making. Everything about Circus XO sets it apart from all the rest.
