Yabu Pushelberg has worked to humanize the scale of the hotel's design, drawing on Middle Eastern motifs, like bronze accents, mashrabiya screens and floor-to-ceiling windows offer a cultural connection between the hotel and its surroundings. The new hotel in Kuwait contains 284 bedrooms and suites with privacy screens in bathrooms, polygonal-shaped lamps as well as soaring timber arches resembling desert palms. The grand hotel is home to the world's largest crystal Lasvit chandelier in the lobby, a sprawling 438sqm Royal Suite, double-storey spa with hammam and psammotherapy suite as well as three anchor restaurants, Sintoho, Dani Forni and Elements. The fourth floor of the luxury hotel contains a large terrace with beguiling twin attractions, such as an outdoor pool and shisha pipes for guests.
