A new restaurant concept has launched in Soho called Flavour Bastard and it offers some unique items. The 2,560 square foot restaurant on Frith Street invites you to try out a range of international cuisines from around the world in a modern and cheeky space. This restaurant is fun and quirky and the menu is just as eclectic as the décor which features a bronze bar, concrete panels on the walls, industrial wall lights, and deep purple color palette. The creator of the interior is AfroditiKrassa and takes inspiration from Italian architect, Carlo Scarpa, paying homage to his sculptured work, as well as the grey and grim aesthetic of the city. The marriage between both high and low is what makes this space so visually interesting and perfectly complements the menu. These combinations are a mix of unique flavors that are perfect for sharing with your friends. When you go, make sure to try out some of their drink concoctions which include Use Your Thyme Wisely, Before It’s Tarragon with gin, lime, and herb cordial, and the Dram-A-Lam-A-Ding-Dong which is a mix of curry bitters, ginger beer, and pimento dram for a punchy tropical drink.
